Our Mission
At B-fit, we are dedicated to providing a safe and effective fitness experience for everyone. Our low-impact, full-body exercise program combines cardio, strength training, and flexibility, making it an ideal choice for various fitness levels. We are also doing rebounding classes and eventually will be adding Yoga classes.
THERE IS A 12 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE & All Sales are final
mINIMUM AGE IS 18, UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT.
CHILDREN CAN NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED AND WE DO NOT HAVE AN AREA FOR THEM TO STAY.
Wear Athletic Shoes and Athletic Pants and bring a water.
All classes & pricing are on the Green colored Mindbody App & Mindbodyonline.com. Create a profile and locate B-Fit Bungee Cookeville. You will be a buy pass or packages and schedule your classes. We do not allow anyone to video during classes.
